They seemed decent at first. Onboarding ok, a real person to talk to. However, they sent my patient an inert product. Their “tirzepatide” is essentially water. They said “increase dose” and then used the dose change as a reason not to supply a replacement (after assuring me they could replace it). I then asked for a refund on her behalf since their product is poor quality. Of course, no help there and they wasted my time. They kept giving me the run around. It is very disappointing that in order for them to give me a medication they take up to 3 to 4 days and even more. They should do better with the service. It is unacceptable .
