My husband is renting a one bedroom here while he works in Lenoir. I would not recommend. The apartment did not even appear to be cleaned at all when he moved in. People hanging out on the porches late at night. Filthy language VERY loud! He has been without heat for 3 weeks now, and it's in the 20s.
