This makes me sad because I’ve been with this practice for years. But since Dr Lau retired, I’ve been unimpressed with the quality of care at best.
i've been coming here since my previous hcp maryellen byrne retired. i was very reluctant to signing up to another practice because she was great, but Dr. Terranova was wonderful. I wound up treating now with janet kashab, pac and she's completely reminiscent to my old PA, spends time with you - she's very thorough, thoughtful, and caring, couldn't be more thrilled to know that i will be treating here for a long time! This office has turned itself around! I have been using Dr Terrnova, Caitlyn Newsome, and now just had the pleasure of seeing Dr Wadah Akroush for an unplanned visit. He is new to the practice and a really nice guy. Well spoken, listens to his patient, and great bedside manners. I’m thrilled to see him added to a great practice, and I’m even more thrilled they doubled the size of the office and fully renovated it!
Dr. Terranova is the best! When he is not available, Dr. Caitlin Newsome is great for unpredictable visit needs!
