I am not sure how rwjbh expects to retain people who are exceptionally rude to other staff. I would never treat someone who is trying to make an appointment as rudely as I was just treated. Shame on the receptionist for being rude
Absolutley aweful. Office staff are rude and providers are unprepared and don't honor appointments. I was skipped over and a walking in just went right in.
Pack a lunch when coming here.
