Dare i say that Dr. Brown was the best OBGYN and over all doctor i have ever seen! The nurse Tiffany was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Brown was the most informative and pleasant doctor. He was vocal about my different options and went as far as providing written information and even drew a diagram describing the process behind an IUD. Good medical center . Always friendly staff , I especially want to mention Christina from the front desk, and Dr. Dalia Muhieddine . Always punctual and responsible. Particularly pleased with the two hour free parking .
The doctor I'm seeing left and cancelled my appointment due to a thunderstorm however I wasn't informed until I arrived at the location, I showed up regardless of the national weather alert to avoid no show fee and this is what I got in return. When I arrived the front desk said they are "about to call everyone" to inform them about the cancellation however it is with in 15 mins of my appointment. What for more the next available appointment is in 2 months.
I've had a pleasant enough experience with the doctor's here, but otherwise the staff here is not great. I made an appointment online to try to get the TDAP shot, one day later they tell me the doctor may not be available to take my appointment on the day scheduled. They ultimately concluded I could follow through with my original appointment booked, except as soon as I got to the office for my appointment 2 days later they called me saying they do not have the TDAP shot in stock - but would get it that same week and would c... read more
The front staff gave me a hard time over simple documentation, with a very dismissive attitude. They also made a patient go back and forth unnecessarily for an X-ray — not professional at all. For an orthopedic clinic where many patients have mobility issues, they don’t even have an automatic door opener — extremely inconsiderate and not accessible. The doctor was good, but the front desk experience really took away from the overall visit. Definitely not the level of care or service you expect in a healthcare setting.
