Front staff is so rude at the reception and no flexibility.
I had a very positive experience at this location. It was easy to make an appointment (I used Zocdoc) as a new patient, and I was able to get in within a couple of weeks. Everyone was very nice, the facility was clean, and I only waited a few minutes to be seen. The nurse and doctor I saw were both receptive and kind, especially when discussing my sensitive medical issues. I hate going to the doctor, so this is truly high praise from me. Dare i say that Dr. Brown was the best OBGYN and over all doctor i have ever seen! The nurse Tiffany was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Brown was the most informative and pleasant doctor. He was vocal about my different options and went as far as providing written information and even drew a diagram describing the process behind an IUD. Good medical center . Always friendly staff , I especially want to mention Christina from the front desk, and Dr. Dalia Muhieddine . Always punctual and responsible. Particularly pleased with the two hour free parking .
The doctor I'm seeing left and cancelled my appointment due to a thunderstorm however I wasn't informed until I arrived at the location, I showed up regardless of the national weather alert to avoid no show fee and this is what I got in return. When I arrived the front desk said they are "about to call everyone" to inform them about the cancellation however it is with in 15 mins of my appointment. What for more the next available appointment is in 2 months.
