Warning: They will rip you off / charge you extra at your annual. I had calls back and forth with my insurance and the office to understand what was going on. I went in for my annual physical and at one point when asked how I was doing, mentioned a pain in my knee. Was a very quick convo, yet was charged as if it was a separate visit… Apparently, you’re supposed to pretend everything is fine when the doctor asks you how you’re doing. Excellent healthcare facility with caring and professional staff. The service was efficient, and everyone treated me with kindness and respect. The facility was clean, organized, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommend this place for quality care and outstanding service.
The online portal is always broken so half the time you have to call to make an appointment instead of scheduling online. They’re badly understaffed so wait times are long and the doctors are always cranky, they’re very dismissive of health concerns and will often misdiagnose you for something that UrgentCare was able to figure out in 2 months of actually listening to the patient. Go anywhere else for help.
had a very disappointing experience at Two Bernard's Health. My daughter waited in for an hour and a half without being seen. After waiting so long, she went to the front desk to let them know she was still there. Only then was she called in to be seen. Once she got inside, the front desk staff questioned why she had not checked in earlier and why she had been waiting so long. One of the worst billing departments I’ve ever encountered. After nine phone calls, asking them to resubmit and their acknowledging of the error they never even attempted to fix anything on my bill They even went to so far is to threaten collections on the same day as acknowledging that they never even attempted to fix the bill Never ever go here
