Great service and outstanding quality work. The staff was friendly, communicated clearly every step of the way, and made the whole process completely stress-free
One of the worst places to get truck parts! What’s the point of running a parts store if you can’t keep parts in stock? Every time I call or visit this place, they tell me they have to order the parts, and I have to wait another 2–3 days for them to arrive. This is especially frustrating for owner-operators who depend on their trucks to make a living. If you own an International semi-truck with a Cummins engine and an Eaton transmission, I recommend going to Freightliner or FleetPride for your parts instead. Avoid this place... read more
Great place
Seller team it’s terrible Aubrey, did really poor job communicating. I own a business and was looking to purchase a truck. 👎👎👎👎 they are overpriced and bad customer service. We drove 3 hours with anticipation of arriving at the seller location to no one service us or assist us with a truck purchase. Really bad communication and extreme poor customer service. Avoid this place don’t rely on them at all.
