Seller team it’s terrible Aubrey, did really poor job communicating. I own a business and was looking to purchase a truck. 👎👎👎👎 they are overpriced and bad customer service. We drove 3 hours with anticipation of arriving at the seller location to no one service us or assist us with a truck purchase. Really bad communication and extreme poor customer service. Avoid this place don’t rely on them at all.
Absolutely terrible service department. I took a used Isuzu there for an inspection. I called ahead paid for an inspection. The inspector literally just looked it over on the surface without even lifting the cab to look at the engine. Didn’t look at transmission. He did not want to do the inspection. He was rude and rushing and didn’t want to talk to me. So I purchased a vehicle and I took it to an actual auto shop and they’re turned out to be $6000 of issues on it. Went in to pick up parts. The gentleman that assisted was pleasant, fast and efficient. All of the other employees were also friendly and helpful..! Thank you!
Real poor customer service. Got put on hold for half an hour, just to hang up and call back and be told "oh sorry". The help wasn't much help either by having an attitude.
We have to use this parts department often and it seems like they don't like their job. They are not very helpful and its very frustrating to work with them. There is literally no customer service and the staff acts put out to do their jobs.
