Sad I even have to put ONE star. One of the worst encounters with this firm by far. Incompetent and simply awful management. Employees perform their jobs poorly and with a terrible attitude. We pay $2,000 a month for a two-bedroom apartment that is essentially non-functional—the stove has sparking circuits, the smoke detectors are broken, and there is mold all over the place, which has made us sick! This place is absurd; don't rent here.
This property management is very horrible. First off they will take your rent and utilities and do who knows with it. Right now I'm very upset. We just got a new property management this month, which Blvd residential didn't tell us about until the day before they left. I was wondering why they wouldn't fix anything, or take care of the pests that we kept complaining about. This property management company is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I’ve reached out several times asking for paperwork to update my lease, and every time my call went through, I was given an answer that wasn’t ever followed through. An email address I was provided to contact: never responded. And recently, I tried calling just to ask what’s taking so long to send me one form, they BLOCKED ME, which by the way, every time they decided to actually picked up the phone was very dismissive and rushed to end the phone call. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT ! I left a previous review trying to get some attention so somebody could reach out to me after I’ve left multiple emails multiple calls and even Google reviews on this website and the actual apartments that I live in website still no contact back . Literally been having issues in my apartment For now, 11 months And nothing has changed All I get told is I can move and pay more. This company manages the complex i reside in, and for over a year I have tried to get multiple work orders completed. I have taken several photos of what needs to be fixed as well as videos. There was a leak in my ceiling right above my TV. After multiple attempts to address the issue; the work order was continuously closed by management.
