This property management company is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I’ve reached out several times asking for paperwork to update my lease, and every time my call went through, I was given an answer that wasn’t ever followed through. An email address I was provided to contact: never responded. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT ! I left a previous review trying to get some attention so somebody could reach out to me after I’ve left multiple emails multiple calls and even Google reviews on this website and the actual apartments that I live in website still no contact back . Literally been having issues in my apartment For now, 11 months And nothing has changed All I get told is I can move and pay more. This company manages the complex i reside in, and for over a year I have tried to get multiple work orders completed. I have taken several photos of what needs to be fixed as well as videos. There was a leak in my ceiling right above my TV. After multiple attempts to address the issue; the work order was continuously closed by management. Moving out, I spent $275 with a local cleaning company to leave this place spotless. I had left a total of 8 nail holes in the wall, which I was asked to not patch because they would have to drill out the patch and re-fill. They billed me $150 and $75 for deposit forfeiture- no details given. The place was spotless. I left 3 days before my rent was even up, actually a week before but the office was closed so I couldn't finalize my departure. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not rent anything from this company. They are a joke and treat their tenets with a complete lack of courtesy. I had to consistently call, email, and attempt to reach an actual human being at this company for over a month after moving out of one of their apartment complexes because they don't like to answer the phone or keep to their posted hours.
