After being repeatedly assured the pool would be open (it was the MAIN selling point of the property for me and I’ve only been here two months) management has LIED and then recanted. I had attempted to set up an appointment at three properties in Sacramento-the listing agent on Zillow responded twice (same agent) and said a specific time worked for her but never followed up. A different agent got back to me via email after I called them and through email confirmed a tour on a specific day and time. This place is a scam. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values you as a tenant. Every. Neighbor we’ve met here has said that in the last five years when new management took over, that management has become complete unbearable crap. Not only all of the little things going on like the parking, the unprofessionalism from management, the non communication from management, all of the fighting and arguments. As a tenant at one of their managed properties, Peacock, in Sacramento, I had to file a constructive eviction action along with a small claims associated with the lack and breach of the Quiet Enjoyment covenant. Community manager seems to care less about the horrible behaviors of the neighbors nor communicate with you unless to don't pay the rip off charges for garbage that goes up month after month.
The woman who is the office manager I think she calls herself, Paulette Bonhaven she’s the longer. She’s here the worst she is becoming she gravels with everyone she argues with anyone.
