If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not rent anything from this company. They are a joke and treat their tenets with a complete lack of courtesy. I had to consistently call, email, and attempt to reach an actual human being at this company for over a month after moving out of one of their apartment complexes because they don't like to answer the phone or keep to their posted hours. Ron has been very helpful during the process of moving into villa de sol. He has answered any questions I’ve had with no hesitation. The ladies in the office are very sweet and helpful as well. I am excited for this new journey at villa de sol.
If I could give this place less than 1star I would. I moved out of the Quail Terrace Apartments complex they "manage", Stockton CA, in September of 2024. They sent me an eviction notice on December 13th 2024 to an address that doesn't even exist! Even though I had moved out, returned all my keys and had been trying to contact them about returningy deposit for the last 3 months. They fired the on site manager who I gave 30 day notice to, then ignored any and all attempts to get in contact with them via email or phone. They do... read more
