The receptionist was wonderful. Aftery testing I felt very rushed and pressured to buy hearing aids. The use and care of the hearing aids was poorly explained. Upon my 2 week check up I had a list of questions and was told basically because information was in the booklet didn't make it true. Again I was very rushed and was treated in a condescending manner. Unfortunately this is the office covered by my insurance but I would not recommend it to anyone.
What a blessing Dr. Bob is! I went as a new patient having trouble with my hearing aids I purchased at the Cleveland Clinic. He was patient, he listened to the problems I was having and solved every one of them! No more CC! I’m grateful I was able to get in!
My appt was very prompt/efficient, clearly explained & there were NO attempts to "sell me" on things that i don't need, even though they knew my insurance benefits! VERY impressed!!!
