Excellent company, been doing business with them for over 17 years, highly recommended, Out of hundreds of units ordered over the years I have only had issues two times and that was with damages from shipping. best cooling units out there!
This company is bogus. They fired me for doing what wick and tanner both told me to do. Then all sudden wick tells me its was supposed to be his call and he didn't see it. but i had attitude because i wouldnt let him bitch and cry at me about it. Then fired me. Refuses to pay me my last check called my parole officer after cussing me like a dog and calling me all kinds of names like a 2 yr old. Absolute garbage my shop bought 4 of these boat anchors over 6 to 8 weeks 1st never worked right, still not resolved, 2nd worked for less than a week let its juice out bought new replacement until they recieved warranty unit back and reimbursed me however they pay no labor on warranty, 3rd showed up blown up in box, cost me the job got refunded once it got back to them, 3rd would not work on lp, after slot of wasted effort and time they stopped responding g to me so I bought a replacement from another company to take care of... read more
