This was my first time with Dr. Von Elten I was referred by my lupus doctor. The staff was very friendly and made things very easy for me. Dr Von Elten was friendly as well, she took here time listening to my concerns. She was very knowledgeable and explained the treatment moving forward. Thank you for everything.
We brought our 2 year old for a second opinion and I'm really glad we did. The staff was friendly and professional. We feel much more at ease managing our son's allergy now. My only regret is we didn't bring him here first!
We've taken our son here for a couple of years to navigate multiple allergies. Dr. von Elten has unparalleled bedside manner and her staff run a terrific office. We came from a different allergist in town and had incredibly high expectations such as "please fill out this paperwork within a month" and "hopefully a real person will answer the phone this time," and so we were a little anxious about what to expect here. Dr. von Elten is truly a lifesaver! For as long as I can remember, I got sick very frequently, and it always turned into some sort of infection. For years, I found myself on antibiotics five or six times a year because I got desperate after being very ill for weeks with slow recovery. Update: I went back and asked for an extensive scratch test. My experience was much better this time. Dr. Von Elten didn’t seem as rushed. I also was more thoughtful about what I wanted from the appointment before I went in. I made sure to ask the questions I needed to, even if it felt like I needed to interject a bit. But she seemed happy to listen and respond when I did. She was more thorough in her answers. I was happy with this experience and feel better about continuing to see her for my allergy needs.
