I ordered a part on May 1, they JUST shipped it today May 27! This company IMO needs some staff overhauling. The lady who answers the phone is nice but it all ends there. No one returns calls. Their invoicing is F'ed up. Their shipping dept is MAJOR F'ed up. They charge WAY TOO MUCH to ship anything. Perhaps they should get a corporate shipping account with any major company. I can't believe that they are even still in business.
