I returned a UHaul here and was charged for damage that was originally noted by the people we rented the truck from. The woman I spoke to at RV world was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen. This was a horrible experience that I would never want to repeat. If you like being debased as a human being then RV world is the place for you!!!
