We visited the Britz Campervan Adelaide branch to pick up our campervan and there was a delay with our pickup. While it was a little frustrating at first, James looked after us incredibly well. He was amazing, very reassuring, friendly and professional throughout the whole process. He kept us informed, made sure we were comfortable while waiting and really went the extra mile to help turn the situation around. Recently had our Windsor Daintree booked here for its habitat service and a few irritating minor repairs. HUGE shout out and bouquets to the "above and beyond", efficient, compassionate and understanding service offered by Norm and Craig. Repairs or work of any kind on your mobile home can be quite stressful when it leaves you temporarily homeless. These guys understand, and the service they offer is just EXEMPLARY. They just go the extra mile!
