I wish I could give 6 stars. We had been having inverter problems for a month. Unless plugged in, there was no power. No power means warm fridge. A week ago a tech in VA Beach dignosed the inverter was shot, but we had no parts and were leaving the next day. I had one shipped to KOA Myrtle Beach and hear RV Rescue was good. I called and he returned my message within 20 minutes. He was free at 3:30pm and took the time to come out, diagnose the problem, agree with the problem and changed out the inverter for the new one. Arrived quickly and fixed our issue. Highly recommend.
Tim showed up the same day to help my DIY hubby fix our new RV A/C unit. He was quick, knowledgeable, and even did the repairs in the rain! Will be using him again for any other work I can talk my husband out of doing himself!
Our drive to Myrtle Beach on Sunday July 6, 2025, was a nightmare. After having not one but TWO tires blow out, we limped to the beach in a torrential monsoon and prayed for no damage to our electrical system. (The tires did a number on the undercarriage of the RV). We discovered that our refrigerator was nonfunctional and some propane lines had also been severed. Monday morning at 8 am we called RV Rescue MB and were braced for the worst. Of course our A/C would go out 1st night of vacation! Called Tim around 7:25am and he was in and out by 8am. Very efficient, quick, and worth the cost! Thank you
