I highly recommend RV Rescue to anyone in the Myrtle Beach area. The service was fast & excellent. Also he was helpful for recommendations and alternatives!
We had Tim come out to fix a furnace problem which he did and also fixed our hot water heater but he was also supposed to get a new thermostat for us. I called him and also left numerous messages via text regarding the thermostat to see if he got one and if he was going to come to replace it but he never bothered to respond to any of my messages. We thought we had finally found a good person to work on our rv but boy were we mistaken! I would definitely not recommend him to anyone! Not good business!
Tim does great work! Contacted him the other day about putting an additional ac unit in my camper. He was able to come out and had another unit installed in about an hour. He also inspected my other unit and found that it was going to the bad. Thanks Tim!
Tim does great work. We had an Air conditioner put in on our camper and it happened to be part of a bad batch from the manufacturer. He came back immediately and switched it the next day. He check in with us after installing it a couple of times to make sure we were happy and all was working well. He is a locally owned business too. Support your locals !
When I reached out because I had a huge leak. No call back. I called and left messages but nothing. I never got a call back. Too busy to return a phone call or a text? So unprofessional!
