Can not recommend this company enough. Found ourselves In a bad spot with no where to turn. Our Centeral command system was not responding and no one had parts plus holiday weekend no one could respond. One phone call to you guys gave us options and walked me through them over the phone and kept responding throughout the night till we got them running. Words are not enough for the gratitude owed. Appreciate you very much.
Tim saved us twice in one week while we were camping at sunout doors, he is very friendly and very knowledgeable about campers I would 100% recommend him to anyone I will definitely be using him anytime I need RV maintenance 100% satisfied with him and his work!
Superior service in every way! He saved our family vacation. He was responsive to our urgent (pipe burst) request within 30 minutes, fixed our problem, and INSTANTLY became our hero!
Outstanding service, awesome guy and lets just say knows exactly what's needed and knowledge to perform the task at hand. Highly recommend. He had my furnace removed and repaired in few moments outstanding
I wish I could give 6 stars. We had been having inverter problems for a month. Unless plugged in, there was no power. No power means warm fridge. A week ago a tech in VA Beach dignosed the inverter was shot, but we had no parts and were leaving the next day. I had one shipped to KOA Myrtle Beach and hear RV Rescue was good. I called and he returned my message within 20 minutes. He was free at 3:30pm and took the time to come out, diagnose the problem, agree with the problem and changed out the inverter for the new one.
