Although our issue was electrical and ended up being minor ( literally a push of a breaker) Gregory with RV Rapid Repairs was great! 1. Answered phone at first call. 2. On time/punctual...same day. 3. Professional and upfront with fees. 4. Thorough with details as they were working. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!
We have used this company multiple times. From replacing/upgrading our AC unit. To coming quickly to help on a slideout that would not come in, on moving day. Great Customer Service! Explains everything before and after a service call. Very reasonable pricing. The most recent visit was for the AC capacitor. He responds as quickly as possible.
I highly recommend using RV Rapid Repairs. Greg inspected our travel trailer prior to us purchasing it and gave us an estimate on the spot. After the purchase his team got right to work and as the name states, it was rapidly repaired.
I have a 2017 popup and the power winch and AC weren’t working. Greg, owner of RV Rapid Repair came out right away and got to work. First, Greg and his technician were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Within one hour, my AC is working and he built a new switch for the winch. He also inspected the camper and let me know what else should be done in the future. RV Rapid Repair should get ten stars for their excellent and affordable work. Thank you so much. I appreciate you! Now, I’m ready for travel!
