Very helpful people. Ellie was able to identify and ship a part to arrive the following morning, whereas Winnebago was asking us to wait 4-5 weeks. It's great NOT to be locked into our own RV!

I had a loose VelVac convex mirror and RV Parts Center had the part I needed (actuator) . They promptly shipped the part, I installed it and now the mirror is perfect. :-)
Only shipped part of my order and that part was dented and opened. Tried sending them a message but no reply. Called them and left a message but no call back. Customer service. Is horrible. I am disputing cc charges.
