Rex saved the day! We called on a Saturday, he answered his phone and had a plan to come to us since our AC went out. I texted him photos and he called me back promptly and walked me thru how to fix it myself! Very generous of his time and he didn't make a dime. I am saving his number incase I am ever in need again!
In less than 15 days of having my plug repaired it stopped working again. He charged me $300 to fix and now having a hard time getting him to show up. Been since the 14th since I reached out and still nothing and it's the 4th. Keeps giving me the run around and not getting anywhere. What a waste of money and not happy!
