I pay a third party to pay my rent and report it for my credit score. R&v left me a note that I was past due. I went to the office the next day with another check in hand. They refused the check and said they were starting eviction paperwork for non payment. I have never had a bad check, I pay a third party to send the checks a couple days early. HORRIBLE!!!! The apartment complex we were renting at was bought out by R&V. They are the worst I have ever seen. So many inane rules.. no more than 3 plants on your patio, no BBQ grills allowed, no backing in to park or you get fined $30. They have so many hidden fees and nickle and dime you to death. The manager Jullian walks around with a clipboard and follows tenants around with it writing things down like the male version of Delores Umbridge. I guess he the apartments are his Hogwarts.
