I'm so glad I found this company Ken who was our tech for repair on our camper went way above and beyond expectations! We used to bring the camper into the shop I suggest people stop using the shops and start calling the RV techs. Faster safer and more personable major shout out to Ken and a warranty department and all of them actually for helping and getting our camper done and taking care of definitely if there's any troubles with your camper you're on the road or at home give them a call they are on your side! The tech was good but follow up to do the repair is horrible. Been over 3 weeks with no call about when they will have the part to repair my rv. I don't think if I didn't call them asking questions that anyone would even be trying to figure out what is going on .
Ken and his team are awesome!! They do a great job at informing me of what's going on and what they did to repair my issues. Needing to get something fixed is never a great thing, but, Good Sam RV ProCare, coming to my house (Ken) and doing a great job with communicating what needs to be done and what is done makes up for it. I am very happy with the work he does.
Geoff from Jacksonville Florida did a great job the RV. He resealed my roof too.Ordered the part for the battery solenoid and had my RV running again.Jerald Loze did the extended warranty and little was paid out of pocket. Service was excellent. Next day I bought the tire and road side assistance warranty too.
What a joke. They came out in December for warranty repairs, took down info on all the issues and said they'd work on filing the warranty claim. Over the next 3 months, I sent numerous emails and phone calls trying to get updates with zero response or call backs. Finally I found a contact that escalated my issue and come to find out they hadn't even ordered any parts due to their own internal errors.
