Just got my new (new to me) 2012 F-150 Platinum. The service was great, and the best that I have received from a car dealership. The price as a little high, but still; I am happy with the buy and if I ever get another vehicle, it will be though them.
It's "All In The Family" with the Bromm's. We have been with Ruxer's soooo many years beginning with BOB Mathies, then Jake Bower, and now Chris Fleck numerous times (Ford, Lincoln, & Mercury). Our three sons, Dean, Duane, & Doug have also purchased multiple times. Our grandsons are now driving Ford products. The Service advisors, technicians, body shop, office personnel are top notch individuals. Keep up the good work; a high bar to hurdle!
We have been dealing with Mike Wagner of Ruxer Ford since at least 2001. Have been very pleased, especially with time spent with us on picking out the perfect vehicle on our wish list. Have also been pleased with the Service Dept. Great place to do business and great to be able to shop local.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! All too often places like this take advantage of people and their vehicles that need fixed. I took my truck in for a $600 fix that turned into $2300 and it wasn't completely fixed! This David guy tried to tell me that my headlights were blinking.. they sure weren't when the truck went there and guess what?! I got the truck back and the headlights don't blink!!
