Wanted to do additional repairs that were not necessary. I had three other places check, two were dealerships. Even worse these were repairs they had done previously.

Highly recommend Ruxer Ford in Jasper for service needs. I'm having a recall issue with my brake booster in my Ford Edge and they told my step dad they wouldn't be able to get me in until the 12th. I called and begged and they got me in today! And gave me a 2019 Ford Fusion to drive until they are done! 😁😁😁

My car battery was on its last leg and I barely got it started earlier today. I was able to get to the shop 20 minutes before they closed. The gentleman working the service desk was super helpful, and one of the mechanics stayed late to install a new battery for me. I always get great service here, but the crew went above and beyond today!

We live 2 hours away and still rely upon the great service we receive from Ruxer for all our service needs. Adam takes care of getting us scheduled, calls me to explain what they find and what I need to do. Great service. We purchased our 2nd MKX earlier this summer. Appreciated working with Brady and the Business Manager. Worth the 2 hour drive, hands down.
