Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? A little. I wish they had been more gentle

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!

Yes, I trust them Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. I'm not sure of dentistry practices, but they always want to pull your teeth eventhough it might be treatable. I regret let them pull one of my teeth when it got infected. I hope that everyone should question your dentist if he/she can treat it with antibiotic or laser clean the root. It would be more work but it's worth it. Just my 2 cents.

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
