My family--I, my husband and my daughter have had several dealings with Ruuds and every one was wonderful. We have purchased jewelry, had rings cleaned, sized, "repointed", and we wouldn't go to another jewelry store. Shelley and her father are always pleasant, always informative and repairs or whatever are always prompt and well done.
