Absolutely ridiculous!! We’ve had our heat out since LAST FRIDAY when we got that freezing cold spell we are a business and our building got down to 47 degrees. We called almost everyday for them to come fix it and they took their sweet time it took them ALMOST A WEEK. The owner and boss called them many many times! If we didn’t have a Mr heater turbo that powered our building we would’ve had to been closed down. I do not recommend!
Highly recommend! Michael made it to our home in a timely fashion & fixed our AC unit quickly. Cindy was very polite and helpful. Pleasantly surprised when I received the bill! Thank you Rutt's!!!
We time and time and time again have issues with Rutt’s they have zero issues on coming and giving a quote there problem is that after they give u a quote it takes them weeks and weeks to come to your home this is the 3rd time we have had major issues with Rutt’s all 3 times they have taken their sweet time coming the first issue we had they left us mid summer with no air conditioning we had 3 young children 2 adults and one senior our 3 dogs and a cat it took them 3 weeks to come the second time our hot water boiler went ou... read more
Called late in the day and they had a technician out early the next morning. Alan from Rutt’s worked quickly and efficiently to get my system up and running. Very reasonable price and great customer service. 10/10 would recommend and use again.
