My experience with Rutter Mills was excellent! Adam Lotkin and Ruth Simmons did a superb job handling my case. They made me feel like they really cared about my health and well being. They went above and beyond in assisting me where I needed them. I highly recommend them in assisting anyone with a personal injury claim.

I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the Rutter Mills , LLP Attorney Law Firm in Virginia . Their address is 160 W Brambleton Ave, Noffolk, VA, 23510. Their attorneys and lawyers that I spoke to had one of the worst attitudes ever. They seemed very entitled , snobbish , very rude, and very disrespectful. I had some questions about a case and no one addressed my questions or concerns. I was recommended by someone to go to Rutter Mills after my car accident. Mr. DeLalla and Mrs. White did an exceptional job and even had to jump through a few hurdles as I had to leave the country for work. Job well done! I recommend them 100%

Out of all the lawyers in Norfolk, I selected Lawyer Joe Young at Rutter Mills. He listened thoroughly to my statements and was brilliant in Deposition. His Legal Assistant, Kathy Saunders is outstanding, very compassionate & thorough. They both should be dubbed "The Dynamic Duo". Professional, intelligent, caring & can share a laugh when appropriate. All phone calls were responded to properly - sometimes even past normal business hours. I was not just a number, I was a valued client.
