I have grown up in Charleston and consider myself a bit of a food snob when it comes to restaurants downtown. Often the prices are too high, the service is mediocre, and the food - while decent - is not worth the cost. Most places are geared more toward impressing tourists than providing a consistent experience for locals. Rutledge Cab Co. is the exception to the rule. This place is OUTSTANDING!
