In Oct 2024 we saw Dr Kar-Yan Lo and she examined my wife who has a 7cm cyst near the tailbone which is giving her severe pain . due to this she is unable to do her normal duties let alone work. As per her examination we were told surgery was not a possibility as her senior nuero surgeon advised that the cyst is in a dangerous position and if we did surgery she could get paralysed. First time consult with Dr Nirosen Vijayaratnam, not impressive. Not a thorough investigation, not empathetic, abrupt and dismissive, rushed thru consultation
Dr. Shuli Trudy Cheng is patient, attentive and takes the time necessary to understand the patient. She was able to diagnose the condition I suffer from and offer me all the available treatment options. Her knowledge, care and very good communication skills helped me to understand the condition I suffer from and that understanding has helped me in many ways. Holly and the other staff at the reception have been helpful too.
