0 Stars I've been a patient of Dr Simmons for 10 years. His old staff at his old location was great. Since he has moved his location to Houston rd. This staff is the rudest. The person who answers the phone especially. I've heard recently from Tricare participants that I personally know, they are going elsewhere due to this one person who snubs you at the door. We sure like our Dr. Simmons, but his office staff seems to be driving his patients away. We wish him all the luck in keeping his practice active....
I've been going here for nearly 4 years and seeing Katie Durkee. She's absolutely amazing! She takes the time to sit down and listen, ask questions and figure out what's going on without just sending you out the door with a prescription.
First off, I'm a 47 year old male. I've been blessed with pretty good health and only visit the doctor when sick. Like most men do. I called Rutland over two weeks ago and made an appointment for 12.19.16. Fairly sure I have kidney infection or possible kidney stone....in pain for weeks waiting for this appointment. Jodie won't help my husband get in as a Tricare patient. Tricare says they aren't accepting new patients. Jodie says they are. All Tricare needed was a letter from RFHC stating they would accept him, she said "I will absolutely not do that". I have tried to get with Dr. Simmons - only able to do it through FB messenger, which I hate doing, said that Jodie would be calling me and get it straight, - that was almost a month ago.
