I listen to dr.rutkowski on wasr1480 radio for about a year now .and I change my ways of eating . He said to eat more fruits and vegetabie and less meat . well I use to weight 198 and now i weight 165 . so i sign up in january to be a patient of dr.rutkowski so he can work on spine know.he get a 5 rateing
