I came all the way from Vermont (4 hours away) on Monday (a day earlier than I needed to be in CT) with the sole purpose of getting a steak at your restaurant. Of course I checked what your hours were on your website and your Facebook page, both stated that you were open from 5 -10 pm. I figured I’d time my arrival to get there at around 9pm.
