We celebrated our 15th Anniversary at Ruth's Chris. It was our first visit to this restaurant. Our server, Rachel, was awesome! Helping Rachel was Kenneth. He was just the nicest man. We were blown away by not only the service we received, but the food was the best we've ever tasted. We had the bone-in filet, garlic mashed potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts with bacon. Always a great option for fine dining in the Hartford area. Amazing steaks, impeccable service, ambience to match. Cant go wrong. Could and should update the very uninviting entrance. Its almost like walking into a Rave party or a underground nightclub. Bar area could be more spacious. But other than that its everything you would expect from a Ruth’s Chris Steak House.
We took our daughters to Ruth’s on Saturday night& everything was an A-plus!!! We were seated promptly,greeted by our server immediately & enjoyed our meal & experience to a T!!! Keep up the great work:Ruth’s Chris Steak House Hartford!!! We will be back very soon!:)
