I have been going to this specific RC for 20 years. The thermostat must have been set on 78, as it felt like 84 degrees in there. We were served warm Pellegrino we had to pour ourselves. No one had a crumber to sweep the crumbs up between courses. My husband asked for a medium cowboy ribeye, received it well-done. His Au gratin potatoes were goopy and looked like our 8yr old son might have microwaved them. My lobster tail had to be chased with a huge gulp of water as it was hard as a rock. Large company with despicable ethics finding loopholes to take bailout money
I have always been a fan of Ruth's Chris and it has long been our go to place for a fancy steak dinner. Unfortunately, we have learned they drained $20 Million from the CARES small business program leaving so many legitimate small businesses out in the cold. They have totally exploited the PPP program and violated the spirit of the Small Business Administration program. Sorry, Ruth's Chris you made over $30M in profit last year... don't rob coronavirus loans meant for small businesses.

I don’t recommend this particular Ruth’s Chris- management just turned away the Head Women’s Basketball coach at Rhode Island University who just came off of a flight for wearing sweatpants - when she has taken her athletes over the years to dine at Ruth’s Chris restaurants across the country. I bet you if it was the Men’s Head Coach they would have accommodated her and the group!
