Writing on behalf of my parents who dined at your location last night. They had a 5 p.m. reservation prior to seeing a play at the Kennedy Center. They have frequented this location because they enjoy the food and the view. Shortly after they were seated a couple came in with a toddler and sat nearby. The child proceeded to bang silverware on the table, squeal in the high pitched way toddlers do, and generally disrupt the entire dining room of adults trying to enjoy a nice meal out. The service was ok the view was great but the restaurant itself was horrible outdated the one in Baltimore is 110% better will never go back
The view was amazing, the food was ok. I have had better. They forgot to make my son's girlfriend food so we had to wait to eat while they make her chicken. I have visted Ruth Chris for dinner before but at a different location. The one in Baltimore is the harbor is amazing. I won't return to this one again but I will go back to Baltimore.
We felt ignored by our waiter. We were in jeans. (The table next to us ordered bottles of wine, dressed nicer than us so he paid more attention to them). I think he had too many tables. It was two and a half hours from start to finish. It took so long to get our food and longer to finally get our ticket. Food was hot I will give them that and it tasted wonderful. Service needs to improve in my opinion.
