Have been to this restaurant for years and I have to say it was a terrible experience. Everyone one of the steaks (5) were brought out cold, had to ask for bread 3 times, ice tea several times, our grandson asked for the bar drinks menu, my husband finally had to go get it, I ordered bottled water and my husband had to pour it twice. While they did give all of us free dessert and took items off bill, for over a $600 for a meal for 7 people you would expect better service. Their prices have gotten outrageous. We were at Ruth’s Chris last for a birthday celebration the dinner was excellent, and the service was great. We have never had a bad dinner there.
Absolutely our favorite place for Happy Hour! Food is delicious & our servers are very efficient & always friendly. Sitting outside on the patio is awesome.
Food was as good as expected. Service wasn’t up to the high standards that Ruth’s is known for.
Went to Happy Hour/ Dinner. Plenty to eat, drinks still a little $$ but it was a rocking spot. Would recommend.
