Scott proposed to me on June 21st and then surprised me with reservations at Ruth's Chris Steak House. As we approached our table, I could see that there were red rose petals scattered on our table and a congratulations card, they started us off with a complimentary glass of champagne and a platter of flaming oysters Rockefeller.
