Made the reservation about a month ago. Showed up 20 minutes early, was checked in, and then forgotten about. When I approached the reception desk to ask about our reservation, was immediately taken care of. The steak was the best I’ve had, anywhere! However, restaurant management told us that we’d get a free appetizer for being forgotten about, which we ordered, but were charged for.
