Went there for my birthday on a Saturday evening had a reservation for 6 PM and was taken and given a very lovely table for two. Luis Was our waiter and was very attentive to our every needs. Food was delicious service was great and I would recommend it for a special occasion. I gave it a five
I love this place, the steak it’s delicious, we got the porterhouse steak and it was delicious
I'm not sure when Ruth Chris started preparing food to-go by balling all the food into a piece of aluminum foil, but God knows I was upset and wasted more than half of the food I purchased. I had steak sauce on my lobster and shrimp and a fishy taste on my steak..Pissed. I called the restaurant and they gave me a partial refund of approximately $60 but my meal cost $195. This just don't seem sufficient. I will never go back to this location.
Service perfect. Food perfect.
Due to weather conditions we arrived 15 minutes late, but that was no problem. We were seated almost immediately. Our waitress and servers did a wonderful job. I ordered the surf n turf. The steak was done to perfection, but the lobster was over the top wonderful. The waitress said she brought the mushrooms and onions I ordered on the steak on the side because I'd get more. I had enough to share. Thank you! The m ok, but could be better with more garlic. I had really had a great experience.
To say the least it was slow service. I ordered filet and asked for it to be cooked medium and it came out raw and also had a decent amount of fat on it for being a filet and didn’t bother saying anything due to the fact that the waitress was never really around I just wanted to get out of there. We also made a reservation for 7:15 and had to wait 20 minutes for our table to be ready. This restaurant has a very excellent service and food is delicious. My favorite is the steak. And cheese cake. But everything is tasty. I love this restaurant.
