Brian was awesome, food was great!
Normally I like Ruth’s Chris, but tonight your chefs weren’t good. First my steak came medium rare instead of medium. They too, it back and brought it back out again after 20 seconds. Don’t know what they did but now the steak was tough (never had this before at a Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse). And the table in front of me complained because their baked potato was raw.

This location is one of the best I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to several across the country. Brian was our server, and he was EXCELLENT! He was incredibly attentive to our table, very kind and personable, and we would love to have him help us again! Definitely recommend this particular Ruth’s Chris.

We had a delightful New Years celebration at Ruth Chris Steak House! Our server, Stephanie, was kind, gracious, and very friendly. She made us aware of any potential delays in our service and checked on us often to ensure we were having a great time...
1st and last time to visit! We went a few weeks back for my bday and the service was absolutely horrible. We never ended up getting what we ordered and the manager ended up comping something from our check that we didn't even order as a "courtesy". Seriously?! We told them multiple times that we didn't order it and they said to just keep it. It also took about an hour and a half to get food that wasn't correct. The excuse was that they were short staffed.
