Love this place. Awesome food, great view and the service is always A plus. Ask for Richard DeLong to be your waiter; he makes each of our visits perfect with great recommendations on the menus best features. You can't go wrong at Ruths' Chris!!!
The surf and turf was delicious ( lobster tails and fillet) , the wait staff wonderful and my family's company was epic !
Had a great experience! Every thing was fantastic!
My husband and I dined here last night. Richard was our server and he was wonderful. I had no complaints. I had the 6oz filet and shrimp, with mashed potatoes, steak house salad and dessert. DELICIOUS!! Oh, and a beautiful view of the river / downtown Jax.
We have always had excellent service and great food at the downtown location.
