Definitely one of the best steaks I've ever tasted! Top Notch Service!
Had a reservation for our anniversary set and show up on time to find out they have no power. No one called us and it was already late to try and get reservations somewhere else. Also the valet people didn't even try to accomadate us nor did the restaurant call today to say sorry. Never bringing business back to them. Very unhappy customer

Service is always very nice Latham my server brought me cold red wine but replaced it as soon as I asked. My sea bass was over cooked and they were out of broccoli with no substitutes? All our steaks were perfect as expected. I feel that steak is the only thing worth ordering on the menu. I've been to other Ruth Chris so, I was disappointed this one in JAX wasn't as nice:(
Me and my husband enjoyed everything! Great food, great view, and the staff was excellent! We will be back!
