Our meal was good. Service could of been a little faster. But, I made anniversary reservations for my wife and I and everyone told me they would make it special. I guess they forgot us.
This Ruth’s Chris may have been give a facelift recently, but the fact remains-it’s shoddily run, the service borders on mediocre and the food quality has been severely crippled. To be constantly ignored, to wait 90 minutes for food, and to be served shoe leather steaks is appalling. The standard of service here is embarrassing. There’s no longer anything special about eating at this D-list “steakhouse”.
