cowboy ribeyes, & salmon were too salty, one regular ribeyes medium well came back rare, wtf?

The last 2 times some of our tables’ food was very good some was awful. We will not be back. It’s gone downhill fast. So sad it used to be the best place to go, never a miss on anything in the menu. My food was terrible both times, I ordered the same thing thinking it couldn’t be bad both times, I was wrong. Service was great, 45 minutes to get a steak? Crazy! We will go elsewhere from now on. Never ever order the lobster Mac n cheese.
