Ruth's Chris Steak House is not the same as they used to be the hostess is extremely rude. Which makes the customer service sucks cuz she's the first person that you encounter with when you step into the door. I feel like that my African-American money wasn't good enough there me and my family will never return back there again. 🖓🖓🖓
Food was Excellent. I never had such fresh crab cake in my life.
Dined on last 6/5/17 for happy hour and I must say that Jon was awesome. As a service industry professional myself I can tell he was genuine, and wasn't fake. The happy hour portions were huge for 9 bucks can't beat it. I'll be back.
The restauraunt is very elegant, but I didn't care for the hostess or the servers attitude.The food could have been better prepared.I asked for a well done steak and the steak was burnt.The spinach was to creamy..made more like a dip.The potato was dry like it was overcooked.I went to celebrate my birthday and wasted my money and time.I would have been better preparing my own dinner It was an experience but I will never go back.
The food was awesome as usual and our waiter Gregory was the best. I have had many Martini's in my day but the Rasberry Roasemary Cosmo is the best. I needed a gallon to go but no luck 😩That was the only disappointment of the evening
It was my first time and I am hooked. It was the best steak of my life and that is no joke.
