Went last night for our 1 year wedding anniversary. After a recent poor experience at the irvine location we chose to try pasadena. The place is beautiful. Heather our server was great. The manager visited our table to check on a couple of occasions. The food was fantastic. This location was spot on and what I recall about past visits to Ruth's chris. Thank you for making our night special.
Great dinner to celebrate my husband's & my birthdays. Our waitress Katelyn was so friendly and attentive. Our steaks (ribeye and petite filet) were perfectly done and so tender! We also loved the roasted brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes. Then we were treated to two delicious desserts and a champagne toast! Ruth's Chris does celebrations right!
Amazing service, amazing food, amazing experience.
Perfect dinner. They gave us the private room even though there were only 5 of us. Made special menu for my sons birthday. Great service great food. And 2 free desserts for our 2bdays.
It was totally mouth watering. The steak filets melts in your mouth. Service was on point didn't have to wait. We definitely going back for a wonderful dining experience. Amazing!!!!

Absolutely amazing haven't found a single item on the menu that I didn't love! So much flavor! And staff is second to none!
Excellent service. Waitress francesca was great. Filet was cooked properly and perfect.
If the social vibe was as good as the food at Happy Hour this place would rock..The only restaurant I've ever been to where they reserve seating at the bar during happy hour for their preferred customers... I'm not impressed with the management
