Service was great, but i ordered my steak medium and it came medium well. I ordered a side of the crab fried rice, and my first bite was like biting into a clove of garlic. I felt disappointed, and I should of said something. My only real complaint is you expect perfection at a steakhouse and it didn't work out.
Of course the food was outstanding but Patrick treated us like we were apart of the Ruth Chris family and that is what we'll be telling people about just as much as anything else.
Ruth's Chris has THE best food in the world! I've dined there many times and have never tasted anything like it anywhere else. It's simply the best food this side of Heaven. To top it all off, the service is top notch as well.
We had a great meal! They gave us a special dessert and glasses of champagne to congratulate wife and I on our 16th Wedding Anniversary. Fantastic service from our waitresses Julia and Frances! The great part of this place is that we have had Julia and Frances as our servers for our last four or five visits. Great to see familiar faces each time we come.
Very good meat. We got the Porterhouse Steak for two... and it was incredible!! If your ever in Pasadena and want to treat yourself to an amazing meal, this is the place !!
This was our first dining experience at Ruth's Chris but it definitely will not be the last! We received outstanding customer service from our host, waiter (Hugo), and managers. Everyone was very friendly and attentive; and the food.....OMG! The best crab cakes I've ever eaten, beyond jumbo shrimp cocktail, succulent lamb chops, and the lobster Mac and cheese was incredible. Can't wait for a return visit!
Service was great! Huego was our waiter! He was very attentive! The food was excellent! The best part was the smile on my mans face when he seen the personalized menu for his birthday! We will definitely be returning!❤️
I absolutely love everything! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! I will definitely be back...we had the Tomahawk Steak and it was the best thing ever!
