Food was great but service was not. Our waiter was taking care of us and other tables plus a banquet in another room. Needed more staff is all. Food was good

My waiter was not attentive have to ask 3 time for my drink and I ask for my steak medium it was over cooked .but his helper was excellent and than he got better the waitress. The place is amazing I love it.

Ruth’s is the most amazing steak I have ever tasted, the best staff and over all best experience I’ve had in my life. Highly recommend the cowboy 🥩 potatoes were to die for, and lobster was cooked to perfection. My server 1315 (I think her name is jene)was the best! Outstanding Managers name was Joe he came to check on everything, over all best upscale restaurant I will be back again.
Cowboy Ribeye is something else, I must say....and chocolate Sin cake to finish it off!
