My first time there was for 49th birthday, my partner took me. Our reservation was for 6:30, we got there early and stated we were early and could sit at the bar until then. The Hostess said sure are she could seat us early. From that moment on I was impressed from her to the waiter. Everything was great. Would come again.
Reginald (Reggie), our server, is the best!!! Amazing filet and sides as usual. See you again at Christmas!
Beware of take out. I got a tray of sweet potato casserole for thanksgiving. When I went to warm it up for thanksgiving the next morning much to my surprise it was burned. I called the restaurant at 10:30 AM and was told a manger would call me back. At 3PM I called back and they hung up on me. I called back and the manager got on the phone and told me he heard about it but they were slammed. Glad they cared. It really put a damper on my Thanksgiving.
To begin with, I have to say that the service was five star. When my husband called to make our reservation, they asked if we were celebrating, and when we arrived, there were rose petals strewn across the tablecloth. We were also served a complimentary sorbet with fruit for our anniversary. It was beautifully presented. Our server was Seth, and he and his team were superb and attentive, without being intrusive. Food and service impecable... the baked potato was a little under cooked but server replaced it immediately
Was in last night for the ribeye and as always the service was excellent. Stephen and Nick were attentive and friendly. Food was cooked perfectly;however, it quickly got cold from the temperature in the room. This has never happened before and I was disappointed. Brought more then half my meal home to reheat and finished it today for lunch. Not sure if I was sitting under direct blow from the vents but both steak and potatoes got cold quickly. Not the normal experience I have when dinning here.
