Ruth Chris is my favorite steak house . I tried Morton , The Palm ,BLT, and others but Nothing like Ruth Chris . Its been like 20 yrs that i have been coming . Last night we had to sit at the bar . Because it was all booked our server Nino was excellent even though for the first time, my steak was burned but it was very busy . But do recommend it .
Steaks were not as tender as usual. Service was definitely mediocre at best. Dropped off one loaf of bread, one glass of water each and never came back to see if we wanted another beverage or anything else. Service definitely not up to par for the $$ they charge.
The server Dominique is the rudest old lady I've seen in my entire life. Frank the manager is not professional at all. Never again will I have a birthday dinner at Ruth Chris. The services was horrible.
Best place i ever been to. Perfect for celebration. The staff are super nice and very attentive.
The night started off good but once they got busy everything came crashing down. Sat there for over 20 minutes once plates were cleared for someone to come back over. Waited over another 20 minutes for dessert and coffee. Waited over another 20 minutes for the check... Service is a major problem. Also seems to be a lack of leadership.
