Service was just absolutely embarrassing! They forgot part of our order then they had to take back the steak. So i ate asparagus and paid $200+. No one came by to even acknowledge what happened
Food was so-so. The NY strip steak didn't taste like it was aged well. Lacked flavor. My wife had Chilean sea bass and it wasn't fresh. The hollandaise sauce tasted like mayo with lemon. Dessert was chocolate duo. The molten lava cake was hard bonus the edge while the chocolate mousse was more like melted ice cream. I have had better steaks in South Africa and Sonoran steaks in Mexico. Sorry. I hate making disparaging comments but I was hoping for something better than Outback.
Very friendly staff. Our bartender was so nice. He took our valet receipt when we were ready to leave. By The time we got to the front door the car was waiting for us out front! No waiting. That is a small but big thing! Also, I asked for directions to the ladies room and I was very nicely directed to it. Great service.
I have Tried this place 3 Times and the 3rd will be the last. Ruth's happens to be my favorite spot. But this place is Terrible from the Service to the food not coming out the way it should. Bethesda and DC Locations are so much Better.
