They Have Steak Mastered – I usually try to avoid chain steak houses but I had a business meeting scheduled here by a co-worker and it was an amazing meal! The only reason I did not give it five stars is because it is a chain restaurant.
WORST STEAKHOUSE! WORTH RUTH'S CHRIS! – If I could give them a 1/4 star, I would. The only good thing (so I thought) was that they opened up in North Hills. My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary there and what a let down!! From the food to the service as well as the cleanliness and ambiance!! Fugget about it!! Food is Great! but the rest is mediocre – Saturday night was my first experience with Ruth's Chris. I will not return to that location. It was a loud atmosphere the server was very fast speaking and acted almost if he was trying to rush us. I called almost a week in advance to make reservations for our prom night. Overpriced, undermanaged – etcetera
Average at Best – *Please note before you read my review that management paid for our ENTIRE bill once we told them what an awful evening of service we had recieved - beyond their mistakes, they do know how to take care of patrons* My husband and I frequent the bar of this particular Ruth's Chris on occasion since its a nice atmosphere and the bar menu is well-priced (Kobe beef burger w/ fries, etc for around $12; generous portions in a caprese salad for around $8) but when we visited one Friday night the service was horribl... read more

Does not compare to other Ruth's Chris restaurants - below average – I have to agree with the last few posters here - we also were excited when North Hills was getting a Ruth's Chris so we wouldn't have to drive as far to the Cary location - but we'll not go back. This restaurant used to be JK's steak house which bombed - and RC came in and left it as it was and changed the name and menu to that of RC. Service is not what you would expect from Ruth's Chris. One of the worst steak houses at one of the most highest prices. – Ruth Chris.....what's the big deal?? I can't figure out why people pay this much money for a place that serves a steak that doesn't have much flavor...I think they use prime meat which you can purchase at local butchers market. it's not dry aged or special kobe beef or anything. Not a "Wow" – Restaurant was small and very dark. Unimpressed. The steaks were good, not great, as they should have been for the price paid. Expect fantastic food when paying a premium price. Not worth the money. I like to leave a restaurant with a "Wow" - not just "OK". I'll go elsewhere for premium steaks.
