Unbelievable!!! My husband and I went here for our anniversary. It was the first time ever going to Ruth Chris. The food was the best I have ever had. The service was just as exceptional. I will definitely go back for a special occasion.
150 dollar for two people. Wow. A one time experience. Waitress treated us like homeless individuals. I sold a house a few days earlier.we had more money than all waiters and waitresses combine that day. When the waitress reach across my pricey place just to get a dirty fork that when i should have lost it. Come on people. Think before you react. Stay home and cook a nice steak on the grill.one time only experience for anyone.
They Have Steak Mastered – I usually try to avoid chain steak houses but I had a business meeting scheduled here by a co-worker and it was an amazing meal! The only reason I did not give it five stars is because it is a chain restaurant.
WORST STEAKHOUSE! WORTH RUTH'S CHRIS! – If I could give them a 1/4 star, I would. The only good thing (so I thought) was that they opened up in North Hills. My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary there and what a let down!! From the food to the service as well as the cleanliness and ambiance!! Fugget about it!! Food is Great! but the rest is mediocre – Saturday night was my first experience with Ruth's Chris. I will not return to that location. It was a loud atmosphere the server was very fast speaking and acted almost if he was trying to rush us. I called almost a week in advance to make reservations for our prom night. Average at Best – *Please note before you read my review that management paid for our ENTIRE bill once we told them what an awful evening of service we had recieved - beyond their mistakes, they do know how to take care of patrons* My husband and I frequent the bar of this particular Ruth's Chris on occasion since its a nice atmosphere and the bar menu is well-priced (Kobe beef burger w/ fries, etc for around $12; generous portions in a caprese salad for around $8) but when we visited one Friday night the service was horribl... read more
